The "Academy" Figure Skating Camp is for skaters who have progressed through the ranks of Learn to Skate USA and are ready for an Ice Skating camp that takes a more rigorous approach to improve technique and conditioning. The Skater must be in "Academy" or have passed Basic 6 level to participate.
Our team of Elite Coaches including "National Team USA" members will train and develop the skaters in all areas to facilitate a well balanced skater.
We will divide the Academy Skaters into groups by ability.

- Stroking - Build Stamina
- Customized Off-Ice Warm-ups
- Jumps - Double & Triple technique with video (Advanced Academy)
- Single Jumps - Emphasizing correct position for rotation (Low Academy)
- Spins - Intro to Spins & spin technique (Low Academy)
- Spins - Combo spins, variations, difficult & flying entries to enhance IJS scores (High Academy)
- Master Choreography & Body Movement
- Intro to Skating Skills - Moves in the Field (Low Academy)
- Skating Skills - Turns & step sequences to enhance IJS scores (High Academy)
- Off-Ice Core Work
- Off-Ice Jump Technique
- Off-Ice Spin
