Adult Classes (16+ Years)

This is an unstructured class in which skaters may be at varying levels. The instructor will divide their time amongst the skaters working on the individual needs of each skater.

Off-Ice Classes

Ballet is a great additional training tool for figure skaters of all ages and levels. This class will help to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, artistry, posture, muscle control, and basic body awareness.

This class is offered in the ballet room on Thursdays from 4:15pm - 4:45pm.

Taught by instructor Elena Segal, who trained under the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Russia, Royal Ballet Theater in London, and the American Ballet Theater in New York. For information on how to schedule private training, Elena can be contacted via email at segalelena@yahoo.com or by phone at 310.663.1510

This training is designed to improve a hockey player's ability to coordinate movements while maintaining balance on the ice. Don't forget to bring your hockey stick!

Training will include:
Exercises to improve lateral movements on the ice and increase the player's ability to achieve full extension pushes on strides, while maintaining balance on one leg.

Learning to engage in deep inner core muscles will allow the player to increase power and balance on the ice, as well as to maneuver effortlessly while achieving different positions.
